Screen Printing

Screen printing is the most widely used form of printing on apparel. Before a printed garment can be shipped off to you, several steps need to be taken. 

1.  Art approval needs to be made with our customers.  

2. Once art is approved, we must separate the art according to color and print-sequence. 

3. At this point, we will print the film-positives and burn your screens. Each color requires its own screen.

4. Ok, getting closer. Now we load up the press with the screens, register them with your pre-selected garment and start printing! Once your job is complete, we will neatly fold and box your order. At this point, you will have received an email and/or call from us.
