Embroidery is most common for hats, polos, jackets, bags and other specialty items.
Embroidery is known for its perception of a higher value over other decoration options. With embroidery, there are no minimums with your order.
Just like screen printing, the artwork needs to be approved by the customer, then digitized.
What is digitizing you ask? Well for our embroidery machines to sew-out the artwork, it needs to receive direction in the form of a blueprint showing outlines, stitches, thread color, and contours to create the artwork. There is a production cost to having your logo digitized, the cost will depend on the size and detail of your artwork.
Embroidery is made up of thread count. The detail and size will either increase or decrease the thread count within your artwork. Therefore, higher thread count the longer the process will be and will require more material.
